Welcome to Willington Old School Trust
The Willington Old School Trust was formed in 1994 to take over the old Village School located at 42 Castle Way after it had been closed consequent upon the opening of the new Willington Primary School. The buildings for which the Trust has responsibility are the School itself (known as The Old School), the adjacent Horsa Hut, and the School House. These buildings have been leased to the Trust by the Derby Diocesan Board of Education for a period of 28 years, i.e. the Lease will terminate in 2022.
The Willington Old School Trust needs you to help make a difference to Village life in Willington by joining the Old School Management Team.
We are looking for Volunteers to become Trustees and members of the Trust’s Management Committee and to bring fresh blood and ideas for the benefit of the next generation of Villagers.
If you have the ideas, energy and enthusiasm to become a part of the Team please contact either the Chairman, Howard Riley (01283 702259, or the Secretary, John Lowrie 01283 704959) for more information.
You can make a difference. Pick up the phone NOW!
